Shipping policy

To calculate shipping costs for your location, please enter your address at checkout.

• Please allow 3–5 business days to process your order.
• Delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Business days are working days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive your tracking number, not from the order date.

DHL & FedEx (Tracked)
• Fully tracked shipments. You will receive a tracking link.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days. (from the day you receive the tracking number)

Deutsche Post (Untracked)
• Estimated delivery time: 2–15 business days, up to 1 month, depending on the destination.
• Delivery starts from the shipping confirmation email, not from the order date.
• For certain destinations, delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures and international transit.
• In some cases, delivery may take more than one month. If you prefer faster and more reliable delivery, please select Standard Shipping (FedEx or DHL) instead.
We are not responsible for delays when customers select untracked shipping. Responsibility lies with the customer.

Customs Information – USA
Starting August 29, 2025, customs duties in the USA will increase by +15%.
Customs fees are always the responsibility of the customer.
