Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once we authorize the return, a refund will only be possible if the item is in its original condition.
Conditions for Returns
• The security tag, stickers, and any other accessories must be included in the returned parcel.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is solely responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. The return shipment must include a tracking link.
We do not offer exchanges. However, you can easily place a new order through our online shop.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Important Notes
If you select Deutsche Post (for books) without a tracking number,
we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost by the postal service, and no refund can be issued.
For other shipping services, if a package is lost, we will assist you by providing all the information available from the courier.
However, once a package is marked as “out for delivery,” we are no longer responsible.
Refunds can only be issued if the parcel is returned to the sender. In such cases, please note that it may take over one month for the package to return.
If the package is returned to us in good condition, we will issue a refund.
In some cases, packages may be returned to the sender. If this happens, we will contact the customer to arrange either a refund or a reshipment.
If the customer does not reply within a reasonable time, we will not be able to issue a refund or resend the package.
